Abstract	In the article a question is reflected in relation to equality of rights of public prosecutor, as a subject of finishing telling, with other participants of process. It is marked that principle of contentionness, that in a general view is envisaged in Constitution of Ukraine, operates in Ukraine, and accordingly exactly from activity of participant of process the positive result of trial of business depends at finishing telling.
